This teal sea glass comes from Fowey on the South coast of Cornwall. A pretty rare colour to find and certainly makes an eye catching ring The bezel has been made in house specifically tailored to the shape of this totally natural piece of sea glass. I use recycled silver where I can and all my rings are 90% recycled silver. Strangely, the silver is more expensive to buy but I feel it fits in well with the ethos of the company. I endeavour, throughout my making, to leave as little blot on our amazing natural world as I can. Even to the point of leaving beaches cleaner than when I arrived. This can be tricky at times but we work with my disabilities and I can often be spotted , leaving the beach with several bags of rubbish hanging off my wheelchair :-) Anyway, back to the ring. This will be hallmarked with my personal mark by the London assay office, so you can be sure my silver is genuine.
